At Assouline, we strive for perfection in every luxury edition; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original shrink-wrap and pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the item in its original protective Assouline packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided to the exterior of the box.
Dispatch the Package
Drop off the parcel at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our logistics partner.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the item is in its original, resaleable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
